The AVID Triad Evo Slipper Clutch fits most current model 10th scale vehicles from AE (B6, B6D, B5, B5M, B4.2, T4.2, B44.2, & SC10.2), TLR (22, 22T, and 22SCT), Durango (DEX210, DEST210R, and DESC210R*need Triad Upgrade Pack), and Kyosho (RB6 and RB5*need Triad Topshaft) and has several advantages over the current slipper offerings. The design allows the clutch to transmit power, yetstillmaintain a degree of slip without overheating. The amount of difference in the clutch can only be explained after running it. When racers run our clutch, and then switch back to standard, it becomes clear how many areas of the track the AVID clutch improves the car.
We are offering three pre-configured kits and one custom build kit in order to better suit your needs. Pre-configured kits consist of ourMod(81/84),Stock(72/76), andUK(78/81) spurs with 3 white slipper pads. OurCustomizableTriad Evo allows you to choose which two spurs and even allows you to choose which pad configuration you would like. This is the best option for saving yourself some extra cash if you know exactly what you.

B5/B5M Install:Place our included B5 aluminum topshaft spring adapter on right before you put the nut on to tighten your slipper (added to kits and spring packs as of 4/24/14, domestic racerscontact usif you need one free of charge (international customers may incur shipping charges). During the interim, you may still use the Triad on your B5/M by using the topshaft spring adapter and spring that came with your car kit in place of the spring and adapter that comes with the Triad.
Triad B44.2 Spacer: Not required but allows for a cleaner installation of the Triad onto the B44 lineup.
TLR(22, 22T, and 22 SCT)
Triad TLR Aluminum Topshaft: Not required but is helpful by replacing the 2.5mm slipper nut to the common 3mm nut so you may use a 5.5mm wrench to adjust it.
